  Cartridges are cheap Chinese quality. I got 1 print out of it before they started leaving globs of ink on the paper, just stick with oem cartridges, they look better anyways.

  This item does not cut well - it makes more of a mitered edge instead of a nice rounded corner - and the bits are not quick and easy to change to a different size. We have tested it on foam PVC as well as a few types of paper and the corners just don't look great. The handle rotates freely while trying to press it down so it is a bit difficult to use too. Shipping was fairly quick and the package arrived securely.
