Unfortunately, the roller doesn't sit flush to the left and the grid starts at zero from there. I have to be extra careful that the paper doesn't turn while cutting.I contacted the seller - it took them a week to respond. They asked about the size of the paper I was using (?)I sent pictures to show how it sits. No response since - over another week has passed.Their return policy requires the original box, which I didn't notice till after finding the problem. Guess I'm stuck with it.
