    Great documentary; thank you PBS.
I'm a West Virginian, so I was very interested in this documentary. I thought that PBS did an excellent job with this documentary. It just made me mad at the UMW headquarters in Washington, DC, and Mother Jones for not supporting the Frank Keeney and his followers who invaded the southern WV coal fields in late August, 1921. I mean what was Frank Keeney supposed to do after Sid Hatfield and Ed Chambers were assassinated in the yard of the McDowell County Courthouse on August 1, 1921, just say, 'Oh, My' and forget about it?

    Dreams Of Dust
I bought Dreams of Dust because I come from central West Virginia where the lumber boom ended 90 years ago. There never was much coal in central West Virginia. So, thru all the years of my youth, everything was past tense. Because of this I was able to relate to Dreams of Dust. I'm 62 years old. By the way I thought the film was super.
