5 year warranty BS Cheap Garbage Product and No Customer Service

Product worked for 58 days. On a family roadtrip in the middle of the night 1 failed. An hour later the 2nd one failed. Leaving my family and I with no headlights and no where to go due to the time it was and being in another state. I messaged and got a response mentioning to check all the basics. I'm familiar with these type of products and the troubleshooting steps and I advised that. They followed up with the same steps I mentioned I did the first message. Now they are ignoring me I've been messaging every day to get my replacement and nothing. They mention 5 year warranty all over and that is BS. If the service was good and the actual warranty was valid and NOT false advertising for a sale I should've already had my replacement. Ridiculous. Watch out !

Wrong Version, but Still Works GREAT!

I meant to get Source Naturals L-Theanine Serene supplement, but accidentally ordered this one. Oh well, this is just the plain amino acid tablet, but it really does it's job. I have SEVERE anxiety, mild PTSD, mild depression, and well this pill helped alleviate those worried feelings and thoughts from me within the first hour taking it. No more constant fight or flight feelings. So far so good. I LOVE it. It's been a long time since I was able to be my normal, optimistic self. I am praying that these continue to do the job. I will be switching to the Serene version with the GABA, Holy Basil, Magnesium, and Relora once this is done, but for now this works amazingly.
