It sucks.
My husband needs a voice activated bluetooth. His old one broke in such a way that it can't be fixed. This looked like a good one, but the first one arrived with the earpiece snapped off. Seller was great and sent a replacement, so no problem there. Second one wouldn't stay connected with the phone. It would connect when it felt like it, then just randomly drop off, so he's talking with his phone in his pocket doing no good. I unpaired it and tried to re-pair it, but it wouldn't let me. Found directions to reset it, and as I was doing that, the earpiece snapped off. It's just not worth the hassle, but he needs a bluetooth.
Again, I want to stress that the seller was great about it, no problems there. The review is strictly for the product.

Great quality
This hole puncher is actually a heavier duty one than I have in my office. Go figure.

Very quick
I purchased the Otterbox Defender series case. It arrived 3 days early! Nice surprise.
