MSI 970 GAMING, AM3+, AMD Motherboard With AMD Fx6200 Processor

Perfect for an interim gaming rig while saving up for Zen 5xxx gear.

Works great and even with the 6200 it came with, was a wonderful gamer with a GTX 970. I just upgraded to an AMD FX 8350 8 core and easily overclocked from 4.0ghz to 4.4. All on air cooling. Board looks nice and with the 8350 handles FS2020 quite nicely on High 1080p settings at approximately 35 fps. Plenty for a simulator of this magnitude believe it or not. This setup is very comparable to a Ryzen 3 level performance tier for waay less. Also overclocks 1866Mhz system RAM very easily. Little over 999mhz per module in dual channel. Loving this old setup. Just about handles anything EAplay and Game Pass can dish out with little effort. Recommended Highly for Uber Budget gaming rig.

Alesis needs to improve these

After about 5 months owning a Burst kit, a couple of these will need replacement. Wingnuts are plastic with a steel nut insert. These wingnuts will break or the bolt head will twist within it's anti roll housing. Needs serious improvement to all metal wingnut...just saying. I've been a drummer for over 30 years and yes, I tend to hit as if it is acoustic, but being a drum kit should last a little longer. Great when these are new but definitely a wear item with these kits.

Strong and long lasting.

Love the Fluorions. Had em all voltages and they are consistent for a thousand cycles. Used for a 3m powered sailplane, I get 5 straight up launches that can go forever. Hope to buy again.
