Food for all times..
Perfect breakfast cereal especially when you are in a rush and out the door. Sustains you till lunchtime. It is crunchy, nourishing, flavorfully not too sweet...added bonus with dried cranberries or blues if you like.
Actually I devour them anytime of the day!!
