Great Blend
After emailing the company Plato responded. I asked about the percentages of the 3 proteins used in it and he said 1/3 each. This is a great bend. I mix 4 scoops in a blender with 2% milk. The flavor of the vanilla is excellent. I does not foam up as much as some powders do. That is a positive for me. I would recommend this for anyone. The value is great.
