Did not work for this old guy
As a 60 yr. old male weight lifter, I think I should have noticed a drop in Estrogen with some improvement in my lifts. This did not happen at all. I may just be a non-responder as I do believe the formula is based on what you would think is proven research.

No Improvement
I'm a 60 year old male in good health, no daily medication or prescriptions. But I do have a week urine stream that I'm assuming is from a somewhat swollen prostate. I took the whole bottle following directions and did not notice any improvement.

Works very well
1 of 1 found this helpful This really works to make you go to the bathroom. Be sure to start with only a 1/4 of a seed for the first week. It's hard to believe how much of an effect that little bit can have! You can find full instructions on line on how to take it.
