Hard Material leaves mark on face after long use

The product is made out a hard material that made it hard to use for anything more than a couple of shoots. I use my right eye on the eyepiece and found that using the standard eyepiece allowed light in from the right so thought that this would solve this but because of the hard material i have to press hard to cut out the light this in turn makes the eyepiece uncomfortable to use. So would not recommend this It might be ok for spectacle users
