The electric motor of this shaver stops ...

The electric motor of this shaver stops randomly, only a buzzing sound remaining. I found a trick to make it start again by taking off the screen and moving the cutter left and right. It works erratically afterwards then it stops again. It's not the batteries, I use brand new, I change them, nothing helps. Being an old version of a travel shaver might be the explanation. An item change would be great. On the other hand, the nose trimmer barely started, but after that it keeps working just fine.
