  A bit disappointed. The description said open package, but that was about all. When the item arrived, it did work, but was a bit beat up and missing a couple parts. The original owner obviously did not take care of it and it was certainly used (it had their initials written on it in permanent marker). It had scratches, glue residue, the rubber was marred, and generally showed signs of wear. This appears to be why there was not any photos of the tool itself. Ask questions when in doubt.
