Genuine Replacement Parts!
These are exactly like the ones I was replacing on one of my older Gretsch guitars. The old ones had become pretty corroded, and detracted from the appearance of the instrument. It's great that these come with the hanger bolts, because on my guitar, one of the original bolts stayed anchored in while the other bolt screwed right out along with the knob. It didn't matter though, I just used the new knob only on one, and replace the hanger bolt and knob completely on the other ... worked out great! Another thing that's good is that these come packaged very well, and you can use the resealable plastic envelope to save your original knobs and bolts in, as I did! This comes in handy for collector's who want a guitar with all the original parts still available!

Great Powder Measure, just be careful when learning to use it!
Very simple design, gives you the option of buying additional measuring screws for each different load you might want. Changing the measuring screw is easy, although I found it hard to get inserted in the measuring cylinder for the first few tries. You must be careful when trying to remove a measuring screw if the hopper is filled. I learned the hard way, and dumped almost half a hopper full of powder on the floor. Best to empty the hopper completely before removing/changing measuring screws.

If you've got to own just one amp, this is the one!
I am somewhat of an Amp and Guitar collector. I read about the 57'Deluxe Reissue in the book "The Soul of Tone", which is all about the history of Fender Amps. I wanted one because it seems it is the quintessential Fender amp that goes really all the way back to Fender's first amps in 1946. I love that it is a small amp, but yet has plenty of power and clarity.
On first playing, I was struck by how full, strong, and clear the bass notes from the amp are, it really has a solid bottom end that I didn't expect to hear! I has a very clean middle range area, seems you get out just what you put in, it doesn't seem to color the tones of the instrument you are playing, just gives you a very solid feeling of good honest tone.
I think this would be a great amp for any purpose, as it has proved to be over many decades.
