Not just a cheese griddle anymore
Perfect for cooking in smaller amounts. I have 1 of these at home, 1 at camp, 1 in my hiking gear, and 1 in the camper and they all are used. Having 1 in all places means that I don't have to remember to bring it with me. Even tho they are Teflon surface; I still give them a shot of Pam to keep things from sticking when you can't control the temperature of the heat source. I hope T-fal doesn't stop making them because I will probably have to replace one sometime.
