soft and easy to twist

At least you don't need to buy a new fridge!
Whilst this is a fiddly piece to replace and expensive (in my opinion), at least we didn't need to buy a new fridge and could fix the handle. This piece has failed on at least 3 occasions making the handle difficult to use until fixed. With postage we've spent around $100 fixing the handle attachments over the last 10 years. Worth fixing the fridge!

Kitten scratching post
Good to have sisal all the way up the poles for the scratching. Beds WAY too small. Cat can barely sit, let alone lie down. Box mid level also way too small (see photo). Suit kittens only. Not made from "linen" but a faux felt like product. Not all together a bad fabric but not linen. All over it's only suitable for kittens or very small cats.
