  Buyer sees my listing for a drone, reads the description that says it had a cosmetic damage. He asked to see it in another photo which I show, and he understands and gives an offer. I ship it to him for free, and when he gets it he’s mad the product has cosmetic damage, even though it’s not affecting the products intended use and buyer was already fully aware there was damage and had photo proof of it. Buyer leaves negative review. FML
