This one is for those who want to really study deep
Great book for the serious student. A lot of hebrew language worked through. Gives a good point, but as in all scholarly work, is not the final say so. The most technical book I've personally seen produced from the creation museum camp of individuals. Very pleased to see that they can go deeper into the issues than a lot of their other stuff which is produced for a wider market. I used this book for graduate work....I highly recommend it.

Broad and Introductory
This book fit my needs because it was broad and introductory. I don't think that this book, alone, will make you a national award-winning pit-master--but it has allowed me to enter into the world of "proper" barbecue cooking---rather than just cooking something on a grill, covering it in barbecue sauce, and passing it off as barbecue.
It has raised the standard of backyard cooking around my house.

Awesome
Awesome book...I highly recommend for all who have an ethical interest in the sanctity of human life that is more than an inch deep, or care to learn a theological perspective from two of the best out there.
