Worst experience I ever had with Sweetwater eBay had a clitch making me purchase 2 of the same product 1@ regular price and the other at the best offer value After contacting Sweetwater to fix the issue their team made a simple correction worse by conveniently canceling the cheaper product's best offer and charging me the full price What would the outcome be if the discount would have been of a on a greater value product Essentially,they FAIL a “people-first” attitude
