No replacement/repair parts sold for this! Not repairable! Short warranty! Not Durable.
2 of 2 found this helpful I really loved this cooktop but was always worried by the spark it created when plugging and unplugging so I had to flip breaker instead of unplugging. If you plug it too slow you can short the unit and discover like I did that no Waring repair center can fix this expensive appliance and no parts are sold for it at all. This kind of unit should have at minimum a 5 year warranty in my opinion.
Be aware that when it fails it fails completely and you will not be able to continue using the other burner like I thought. My unit trips the breaker instantly with a very loud pop now so it's a giant paperweight as Waring is strict about warranty support despite the obvious durability issues. I barely used the unit and it wasn't used in commercial setting so be wary and get an extended warranty if possible. Had I known there were no parts I would never have purchased this. The crazy part is induction is supposed to be more reliable!
