  Communication between me and the seller was not satisfactory. Seller told me I should go online and see how this handbag is described "as being medium size" when it's really a mini handbag (super small). Seller was very defensive telling me that I should have contacted them to find out the measurements before I purchased (which now I know I should have done) however from the "medium" description and pictures presented to buyers on EBay I felt like that was not necessary.
