AT&T *)101 Cordless Handset

Plugged it in and the readout said "no power to base or out of range" and wouldn't register with the base. After some "Googleing" I found several people had the same issue. Solution was to make sure the handset was charged and enter *331734# then push Menu Select. This allowed the phone to register. All OK afterwards.
