Cycle pirates shift lever is perfect
Harley shift levers are generally a one size fits all affair. Add different foot sizes, shoes, and riding boots into the mix can make simple shifting a chore. The cycle pirates adjustable shift lever is excellent for both mid controls or forward controls that use a splined shifter. In my case, the kuryakyn forward controls on my dyna use the factory shifter which is 6 1/2” eye to eye which was too short for my foot. This places the shift point more in the top of the foot instead of where the toe meets the foot. With a too short of a shifter, You can adjust for up shifts well enough but have to pull your entire foot off the peg to down shift. If you adjust the lever angle for easy downshifts, you have to hook your foot under the shifter to upshift. This wasn’t fun on my last run in the Smokey mountains where there was lots of shifting.
The cycle pirates shift lever can adjust out to the perfect position to facilitate easy up and downshifts without taking my boot off the peg. And it’s working great with thicker sole riding boots or regular sneakers as well. Quality is excellent!

Not too shabby, some very nice parts on this Schumacher cat. Needs a tear down and rebuild but it will be nice once complete.

Utter garbage
Bottom part separates from the main body in first use. Loctite 5900 sealer and 10 wraps on ductape couldn’t save this garbage. Good thing I tested this out before I used it in an actual boating emergency.
