Great for an emergency light
I read an article about a similar product sold by a different online store, recommending using it as an indoor emergency light for power failures. This four pack is perfect for that. They give plenty of light, and turn on by pulling up the top so you don't have to fiddle for a switch in the dark. There are four in a pack to put by the bed and in most used rooms. I suppose I, as a confirmed environmentalist, could have gone with a rechargeable battery, but they are more expensive and I have found that rechargeable batteries tend to drain over time a lot faster than alkaline. I would rather have to test and replace three AAA batteries every so often than forget to recharge and be without light when I need it. They are bright enough to use in a closet or other area without a light fixture or easy access to a power plug, and you want a more diffuse light than a flashlight.

Does not work for its stated purpose
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this connector because I have 4 devices but only 3 HDMI ports on my TV and did not want to have to unplug a cable when I wanted to use the 4th device. I plugged this item into a HDMI port and connected 2 DVD players. There was no signal when both HDMI cables were plugged in, even when one device was turned off. I tried another HDMI port, and connected a DVD player and my laptop; same problem. There is no point having the connector if I have to disconnect one of the cables to get the connector to work.

A very good if limited receiver
This receiver was perfect for my purposes -- connecting a Bluetooth turntable and CD player to traditional speakers. I know I am supposed to give five starts to every product that does what it is supposed to do, but there are limitations that prevent me from calling it "awesome," and it was not really "better than expected, but it was more than just "OK," so I will go with 4 stars. It has plenty of power, so the sound through my speakers and FM reception is better than the dying receiver it replaced. Its small size saves room on the shelf. Its limitations: it has only Bluetooth and 2 RCA inputs, with no optical or HDMI outputs for true audiophiles, and no 3.5 mm plug, so a 3.5 mm to RCA adapter is necessary to connect small powered speakers. I would have preferred standard bare wire speaker connectors rather than Banana, but it was no big deal getting 4 Banana plugs, and bare wires can be inserted behind the connectors. Overall, this receiver does everything I need, after getting a couple adapters at a small extra cost.
