A must-have studio and live mic D112
This is a classic kick drum mic useful also for floor tom, bass cab, tuba, any other instruments producing low end. Comparing with D6 and Beta 52 it’s little more midrange detailed imo. Nice solid metal body, great build quality. This mic can stand a tour life.

Awesome for rock bass players!
Great for some serious rock n roll bass tones especially if you play with a pick.

Pretty handy in studio or live
1 of 1 found this helpful The mic is a legend. Very versatile and reliable. I’ve used it virtually on everything including hi hat. Either you do a studio or a live gig, this mic will not let you down. I heard Van Halen guys even used it on kick in studio. Price and quality is great. This one is my second one. An earlier make I believe.
