Waste of Time and Money
1 of 4 found this helpful I'm not sure why this item has such a high rating by other purchasers. I found it very ineffective and a complete waste of time and money. It doesn't spin very fast and as soon as it comes into contact with the skin, it slows down even more. At first I thought I'd put old batteries into it, but having bought and installed new batteries, it's still the same. In fact, it's now where it belongs, in the local landfill as it is absolute garbage. My advice would be to save your money to spend on something that isn't a rip off.
