I wouldn't own any other brand
1 of 1 found this helpful Nobody makes a headset like Plantronics, I had some problems with their earlier models that were all covered by warranty and once they redesigned the unit so moisture did not get into it, they've been the only one I use for over 10 years. I've had to replace them due to battery issues, but that is to be expected since it's glued to my ear for 12 to 16 hours a day. I've given them as gifts to family and business associates and they all love them for the sound quality battery life, and other features.
