Doesn't work to turn lamps on and off.
1 of 1 found this helpful bought smart plug to turn lamps on and off pursuant to a routine. Was able to program on or off, but not a routine to turn lamps on and off at given times. If you want something to turn or off at a given time this will work, but it is lacking a capability it should have that mechanical timers do well. These plugs are not smart enough.

Excellent Product
We received this equipment approximately one week ago. I bought it for my wife who is recovering from a broken femur. It was relatively easy to assemble and did not require two people to do so. My wife has been on the equipment daily since I assembled it and she was cleared to use it for pt. Needless to say she loves it and surprisingly is using the rowing feature. The equipment is impressive looking and operates very intuitively and smoothly.
The only adverse comment that I have is that the diameter of the pedal attachments is smaller than the normal road and mountain bike components and the rubber strap is impossibly stiff. Although my wife doesn't care, I would use this equipment more if it would accommodate clip-in pedals. Otherwise it is perfect.

front derailleur adjustment
The adjuster appears to be of good construction and is easy to install. Rather than install it inline I have connected it directly to the front derailleur on my recumbent tandem trike using one of the cable housing ends supplied with the product. Front derailleurs do not come with adjusters and the hit and miss tightening and loosening of the cable to affect proper adjustment. particularly on a triple over the length of cable required on a tandem, can be tedious. This product solves the problem.
