refurbished laptop.
1 of 2 found this helpful since everything is sold with a warranty of these days you question the quality in the first place. A refurbished would seem to have the bugs removed. well this was definitely not an out of the box ready to use laptop. it has operating problems, completely lost sound and very glitchy video stream. I'm going to take it to another PC repair shop and make sure there's no fisher-price components in it. I contacted the company that sold it to me and they want me to try this and try that and restart and try this and try that. maybe that's something they should have tried that before they sold it to me!
