  First they told me the plate holders were metal then discovered that they were actually plastic. Asked could ship second one with the first and combine the shipping since it was high for international, they accepted my offer then said only a partial shipping refund... this is a direct quote "You are very cheeky! Last time I told you what I will do, if you don't like it, I will stop communicating with you, I will refund all your money and I will not send you anything. Do you understand me!? :)"
