  It's nice to be able to leave positive feedback after having an issue with an item. The headphones arrived as described, brand new sealed in box. However, upon opening, the left earbud did not work. I wrote to Bill explaining the situation and he responded almost immediately. On top of the fast response, he took quick action - sending out a brand new pair with free return shipping for the defective pair! Saving me from having to work with manufacturer! Excellent and caring customer service!
