  Silverware arrived all jumbled in the drawers due to packaging or shipping. Either way there were a few marks on them that could have been from original used condition or packaging/shipping. Regardless, they are acceptable marks and the set is beautiful. The seller was a pleasure to purchase from and accepted a discount and then additionally provided a refund on the shipping overage. If seller ever has more of this pattern, would not hesitate to purchase from again. Very happy!

  They weren't used...I thought I put the paper back in each drawer to hold silverware in place but I must not have. At any rate the transaction was good.
