  I got the product with 1 part missing I don't know if it was in transit or when it was shipped but the box was very beat up and had been taped a lot. When I opened it I noticed 1 axle was missing and contacted the seller right away. They were very quick to respond and sent me a whole new kit very quickly. Great people to work with!   Bad customer service. I sent multiple messages. No response. I initiated return and returned in original packaging within a days of receipt. I offered to drive the return back to the ship location. Only option was to print a shipping label. They charged me over $80 to ship it back. The item needed modification to fit my vehicle and the company would not answer my questions. $120 purchase, never used, they claim returns accepted but only refunded $40. Poorly made product. Bad customer service.
