Their description of the phone case was it was 99.9% near you when open box. When I received the phone case it not only didn't work it wouldn't snap shut because it was visibly broken and the corners of a plastic hard face. The phone case I received was a used phone case with dirt in the corners and cracks and visibly been mended together.I would have been fine with the used phone case if it worked.
