  One of my worst experiences ever. First the buyer purchased the phone and refunded 3 times cause he didn’t know how to choose the correct shipping. I came out of pocket to help with that. Then later on tells me Verizon says is blacklisted but once I ran the imei through 2 different systems to show proof it isn’t he refuses to at least talk to the reps that convinced him to buy another phone. Now wants me to lose more money instead of at least doing their own research first.
