Quit working after less than a month. Worked great until then. PITA to setup......
Make it easier to setup.
Make it a lot more dependable.
At least it wasn't Linksys blue.

Other than battery life, it's a winner as far as I am concerned.
I have had this phone for a year and a half now. No complaints, other than the battery life is a bit shorter than I would like. It really depends on how much talking or testing you do.
For a basic phone and a touch phone at that it's are at least "good" if not better.
Ease of use, it's simple, once you get to know it, like anything in life there is a learning curve to it.
For the money, I believe the Extravert is a god deal.
Great for when you need to make or receive a call or text.
Not so great if you like to chat on the phone much, so teenagers beware.
Small enough to carry in my front pocket and no, I do not wear pleated pants.
I did put a screen protector and one of those snap on rubberized covers on mine, but I always do that to a cell phone.
So other than battery life, it's a winner as far as I am concerned.
