using for about an year and a half. no issues so far. planning to use adapter for permanent power instead of batteries but seen some comments that it starts malfunctioning after that

It was not what i was expecting
In the description it said that i can tear a paper while its holding but grip is not as strong as it should be, its kinda loose.

Good product but....
I wish they were making it global! its 21st century so DOMETIC should be making it 100-240V. or at least they should sell some parts that will convert 120V AC to 100-240V AC since you are charging premium price for premium product. I bought 120V version due to misunderstanding and still cannot solve it, tried to contact their customer support with NO LUCK! most of other brands making their products 100-240V AC! YOU HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE!
