Kodak EasyShare DX7440

I have a DX7440 for a few years now and the camera has been very user friendly. An easy to use and carry ( important for me ) point and shoot. Video playback is really a nice feature as well as pic storage. Very easy to transfer pic's to computer or cd. My 14 year old started liking my DX7440 way to much so it was time to buy another, and yes a very happy new owner. The only bad thing I can say is the flash is to weak in certain places. For example pic's I have taken in the garage are darker than I like. I almost always have to enhance a photo in the darker settings. Also the 2.2 lcd view is easy on the eyes compared to a 1.6 or 1.8, naturally you get a better look @ your pic. Oh almost forgot, the awsome battery life, this has the Li-ion flat rectangular battery which out lasts the AA or AAA regular or rechargables hands down ! If you decide to buy I hope this helps.

Kodak EasyShare Z700

Great all around point and shoot camera. Easy to hold, comfortable. The flash is stronger than I am used to, which is what I was trying to improve on. But be careful it can wash out your subject if you are to close. The LCD window is the only drawback to this camera, it is to small for my wants. I prefer a 2.2 view instead of the 1.6-1.8 sizes. You won't be dissapointed here and enjoy !
