Lightweight handlebars on a budget
2 of 2 found this helpful Great option for giving a mountain bike a comfortable cruiser type upright seating position. Going from 1" to 5" of rise makes a dramatic geometric difference and on lots of bikes these won't require changing the cables. Perfect solution for the rider seeking a simple conversion from athletic to comfort posture.

Potholes and Rearviews
1 of 1 found this helpful Great mirror for the money. Real glass convex mirror gives a clear image of what's coming up behind you. Perfect size, big enough to show detail but not so big as to detract from the bike's lines. Cat's Eye makes a sturdy, well designed, glass handlebar mirror but the image is too small to catch details with a casual glance. I ride the streets of New Orleans with some of the bumpiest asphalt in North America and the mirror does not slip or bounce if tightened correctly. I will say that my handlebars are fairly straight, almost perpendicular to the frame. Not sure if adjusting the mirror more radically for bars pointing backwards would affect the stability. This mirror fits my needs perfectly.

Choppin' on a budget
Purchased for the classic lines. desired height and narrow clamping area (be sure to measure width). Just the right pullback for comfort. If the chrome holds up over time these will be a amazing value.
