  I did not receive the design I requested. I wanted the heart collar, but I got the dog-paw. I wrote to the seller about my issue and was told to wait for the item to arrive. I'm disappointed that the seller did not care about my issue. I do not recommend sellers like this, although the collar glows well and is good otherwise.
