Accusharp Kitchen Knife and Tool Sharpener

Brilliant and inexpensive sharpener

I have two AccuSharp knife sharpeners, one for the kitchen and one for my fishing boat. They are safe and easy to use and produce a fine edge. The tool will sharpen any size of knife, and when the carbide inserts wear out (mine are still in great working order) they can be reversed and used again. I don't use mine on my Japanese knives preferring to use a stone but for everyday sharpening you can't go far wrong.
