I am an outdoor writer/photographer, website designer and inventor of the Hairy Cricket Jig for bluegills and shellcrackers. Living on Kentucky Lake I have one of the best test sites for my jigs for big bluegills and shellcrackers also known as Redear. I also have summer sausage seasonings. My seasoning includes everything in one pack to make 10 pounds of summer sausage. I love to make deer summer sausage each season and by making it 10 pounds at a time I can easily keep it fresh as it can be kept in the fridge for 90 days or the freezer for a year or two if properly packaged. I look forward to adding more products to my catalog so follow my listings and thank you for your business.
