  Not good.... sent completely the wrong item saying one of the items was out of stock. I do not want Christmas slippers in April! Offered 15% then 25% discount on an item I don't want. Ridiculous to carry out business this way. Full refund or send a more appropriate item after communicating first. Let me decide what I spend my money on? NOT HAPPY !   I should have read the feedback before I bought from this seller, complete scam. They sent the item, total fabrication of what is highlighted for sale so I contacted them and they have offered a 15 % refund stating the item sold to me is still usable. A common scam used, yet unfortunately I see they have used this tactic before. eBay needs to do something about this

  Do not order from this seller. The description of the product I received was a total fabrication. At requests to return, they offered me a small refund - for something completely different to my order and something I do not want. I requested details of how to return the order. Their reasoning for offering me a small refund rather than return and full refund was that apart from not being anything like what I had ordered, the shoes were "OK". Avoid these lying law breakers.
