Not exactly like factory but they're cheap and they work.

The fasteners fit in the holes and they work. I like the fact that the release slots are in a cross pattern with 4 slots, instead of 3 slots like in the factory fasteners. That way you can get a fingernail under the head on both sides at the same time in order to pull them out.

Bright and cold light

This was supposed to be 25W equivalent and is described as "warm," and this is why I bought it: I was putting it in a small lamp that I wanted to give off a low, warm light. But the light it gives off is actually very bright and cold. To me it looks more like a 60W equivalent and is almost bluish white.
