I believed that it was a brand new but not reliable quality!
3 of 4 found this helpful I charged the battery to 100 percent before first use. Last week I fully charged after the battery was totally dead. Even after an overnight charge, the battery is only 80 or 80 something percent and die straight away when reaches 15 percent... Quite disappointed!

Design looks good but not practical
When I used the first time, I thought my knife was no good so the guide did not work properly. Now I bought a professional bread knife and the guide is still not useful at all. I can cut the bread better without the guide!

This works after tried other similar products
It works perfectly!
I was disappointed by other similar products. I thought this would be my last try no matter it worked or not.
Other users found it did not work for them. My experience was that in order to have evenly slice of bread, you also need sharp knife and cool bread.
