  I messaged seller 2 different times after over a week had gone by without being shipped. Never received a response to either message, then 2 days later I received a refund. Was upsetting as I had bought as a gift, and not only do I not have a gift for her now, I had won this in a auction so to replace it I will now have to spend twice as much. Would not recommend this seller, as would not know if you would ever receive the product. Especially if it was won in a auction for a good price.

  item came in more damaged then described or shown shipping box was undamaged so it didn't happen during shipping reached out to the seller no contact in return with any resolution to resolve the issue it's been over 2 weeks definitely would recommend taking better pictures showing the damage and or stating it in the description of the item

  Leaving neutral, because at least I got a refund. Didn t hear anything for 10 days after I paid.... i sent 2 msgs. Then with no explanation or message at all, transaction cancelled and money refunded. Not a great way to do business, because it looks like, from other ratings, that this has happened before.
