Great Meditation Product!
I love my meditation chair. I guess I could have just sat in a chair, but I was trying to sit in a meditation pose and suffering with leg, hip and back pain in that posture. When I got this chair, it was a revelation how comfortable I could sit for a longer period of time and get deeper into my meditation. It is very comfortable. I use mine against the wall, which is also helpful.

Don't buy!
This is not a functional adjusting instrument. It does not work at all like an Activator. It has a lot of kickback into your hand, so will cause hand problems if used a lot. It is large and clunky so don't buy if your hands are smaller. Also, because of the kickback and poor action it should not be used on atlas or any other sensitive area because you cannot control the impact well. If you buy it and want to return, beware that it cost over $130 to send back to China so really not returnable as advertised.
