Hard on wrist
much too thin , making too much pressure on the wrist padding needs to be a little thicker, folding it somewhat to thicken the pad under the wrist does not help because the bottonm grip doesn't keep from sliding . however when the pad is flat , the bottom does have a good grip and does not slide you actually have to pick it up and move it that I do like, however I cannot recommend this product .
