Room Essentials 6 Inch 2-Speed Adjustable Head Clip-on Table Desk Personal Fan

Great and quiet fan.
This fan is nearly silent. The on-off switch is a little stiff, but the fan works great, and the clip to hold the fan is strong. I have the fan clipped to my window sill.

Very helpful for batting.
This product is very helpful in keeping the bat out of the palm of the hand. I use it on the top hand, i.e., when batting right-handed I use it on my right hand, slipped over the thumb of the batting glove on my right hand. I purchased a few extra, in case one gets lost.

One-piece aluminum bat
This bat has been very good in the batting cages and was fine in the one game in which I have used it so far. I am trying this lightweight bat instead of my previous 34/28 composite that I had been using and instead of a 34/30 composite bat that I used last year, in the hope that a 26-ounce bat might give me a slightly better ability to hit the pitches more squarely, because the lighter weight might make easier tiny adjustments in bat angle in the instant before contact with the pitch. I also checked my bat speed using a radar gun, and my bat speed was better than with the 28-ounce bat and significantly better than with the 30-ounce bat, so that the total force (speed times swing weight) on the batted ball was greater with the 26-ounce bat than with the heavier bats. A bigger and stronger player than me, however, might have different results, if he or she could really snap the heavier bats. Finally, from what I have read, one-piece aluminum bats have equal pop as composites, despite the widespread preference for composites. Apparently aluminum bats are best when new, and then deteriorate gradually, so they are tested for batting standards compliance when new. But composite bats reach their peaks gradually, so they are tested at the point of their greatest pop, that is, just as they are about to break.
