Not Consistent and Poor Picture Quality

The camera is not consistent. When you finally get the camera to look fairly decent at 11:00 am in the morning by the time evening comes around it has a really weird bluish tint. Then you adjust out the blue tint and at 11:00 am in the morning it looks terrible again. I have a similar camera that is a little bit newer 12585DN same maker, and the color is really good all the time in most all lighting situations. I feel that it is that camera model not the product in general. I can't tell you why it does it but I would not recommend it based on the 2 that I have.
