Gibbs.......GREAT STUFF!!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Hello Rat Rodders! I've decided to build a rat rod after having built 2 AC Cobra replicas. I wanted something a little on the rough ( unfinished ) side. So I'm putting together an all bare metal Rat. It's going to consist of a 1946 Chevy truck cab, 1953 Chevy front axle, 1974 single wheel 14 bolt corporate rear diff, 1999 roller 454 and a 400 trans. All of these metal pieces will be brushed, sanded and cleaned and then............. coated with the only product I have found on the market that will penetrate, lubricate and repell water. GIBBS!!!!! This stuff is amazing. I laterally coated a few pieces of bare steel, placed them outside for three weeks. They were rained on a few times also. To my amazement, they still looked as good as they did when I put them outside. So..... I'm just one guy that has read about a product, tried it and it really does what they say it will. I'm sold, so I purchased a whole case which drove down the cost. Thanks, Greg Kemp
