Product may be faulty
The schwinn charger i purchased is not functioning properly. It comes with 2 options: charged and charging. Since i bought the charger, I have not seen the light switch to charging. I have 2 schwinn electric motor scooters with the same charger outlet and i know both of my scooters are not charged fully if any at all. However, it continues to light up green, referring to it being charged okay. Is there a solution?
